Ms. Baptiste, has worked with ITPC since 2008, providing technical expertise in monitoring and evaluation, treatment access knowledge building, health financing, accountability, global advocacy, and small grants. Previously she worked at John Snow Inc. in Boston, Massachusetts, mainly on USAID-funded health and development projects across Africa and Asia. She has a Master’s degree in Population and International Health from the Harvard School of Public Health and a BSc in Biology, from Tuskegee University.
