Site/Facility Readiness Assessment Tool to Support Lenacapavir for HIV Prevention Introduction
This tool, developed by Wits RHI and CHAI with support from Unitaid, is intended to provide insight into the current state of PrEP services and to identify critical barriers and facilitators to PrEP implementation with a focus on preparing for Lenacapavir (LEN) introduction according to national requirements. Findings from readiness assessment visits using this tool may be used by the MoH to inform national LEN introduction plans, and/or in partnership with PrEP implementing partners to inform site-level PrEP support needs. This tool may be modified to best suit individual country or programmatic needs.
