“Dream PrEP delivery package”: co-creating innovative PrEP delivery with pregnant or parenting young women in South Africa
Researchers worked with 9 participants from the FastPrEP implementation project to co-create innovative PrEP delivery strategies. These included after-hours clinic opening times, alternative delivery methods (mobile clinics, home courier delivery, locker pick-up, pharmacy access), community education led by providers and peers, long-acting PrEP, side-effect remedies, lower-toxicity options, co-packaging of PrEP and condoms with educational materials, and appointment reminders.
